Though the analog inventory system inside is challenging for all, if you have a little patience, the conversations you can have are entertaining, insightful, and wonderfully human. Both the service and products are excellent.

Great shop at a great local mountain. The service I received today went above and beyond, which matched up with prior my prior experiences there (demo'ing skis, purchasing skis, having my race and recreational skis tuned, and being fitted for boots. They know their stuff and always seem to carry the products I am looking for. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at the Wachusett MTNside Ski Shop. Brian was the ski tech who helped me out, and I gave him a pretty tough challenge: custom toe shims for my Duke PT bindings. He was incredibly thorough, creative, and skilled, even hand-crafting the shims himself to make sure everything was perfect.

I've recently picked up a serious addiction called learning how to ski, and this shop has been amazing. I bought my first boots here and am now using their demo program to choose my first skis. The demo prices are very reasonable, and the fact that what you pay for demos goes toward your final ski purchase makes it a really great deal! Everyone here is passionate and gives genuine, thoughtful recommendations.
