Though the analog inventory system inside is challenging for all, if you have a little patience, the conversations you can have are entertaining, insightful, and wonderfully human. Both the service and products are excellent.

Dave tuned my skis to perfection after I had difficulty turning them on hard snow services over the past few months. He had suggested this earlier in the season, but I put off for too long and paid the price. Now they hold their edge and ski perfect. Great job Dave!!!

Had to make an unexpected purchase for new skis and boots for my daughter. She has flat feet so we wanted to make sure she got the right boots. Michael, who helped us, was amazing. He was detailed about explaining how the alignment of her foot should sit, which we both appreciated because shoes are always challenging. Super happy with the experience and I will be back when I upgrade my skis next year.
